These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Onionly mobile application (the "App") developed by Yusuf Omer Erem ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Onionly is a recipe management application that allows you to import, organize, and cook recipes. The App provides features including recipe importing from web URLs and video platforms, cook mode, meal planning, grocery list generation, and pantry tracking.
When you first open the App, an anonymous account is automatically created. You may optionally sign in with Apple to link your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
The App offers both free and premium (Onionly Pro) tiers. The free tier provides access to basic features with certain limitations (e.g., limited number of saved recipes). Onionly Pro unlocks additional features including video recipe importing and unlimited recipe storage.
Onionly Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may offer free trial periods for Onionly Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Recipes you import or create through the App remain your content. We do not claim ownership of your recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, or other content you create within the App. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services (e.g., extracting recipe data from URLs you provide).
The App allows you to import recipes from third-party websites and video platforms. We do not own, control, or endorse any third-party content. Recipes imported from external sources may be subject to the copyright and terms of the original content creators. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of imported content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the original source.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding (the Onionly name, logo, and onion mascot), is the intellectual property of Yusuf Omer Erem. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
These Terms are between you and Yusuf Omer Erem, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
